Kids Creative jewelry-making classes now offered!

I am offering classes in creative jewelry-making once / twice a month for students aged 5 - 18 years. Students learn the basics of good design and experiment with their design to create their own personal expressions. 

• Classes cover making beads from lightweight air-dry clay in many shapes and sizes. 
• Beads can be made for necklaces, bracelets, brooches, belts, tiaras, hair decorations and many other accessories.
• Beads are painted and decorated when dry and made into completed jewelry pieces. 
• The creative classes also involve using found objects of various kinds to make jewelry from recycled materials.

We will also make beautiful velvet and satin jewelry boxes to hold the jewelry.  

Classes are 2 to 3 hours long and are $15 per hour with a supply fee of $5 per class.
